Description: In this tour you can be enthralled by the botanical extravaganza of the Floriade Horticultural exhibition held every 10 years. The cultural and architectural history of Amsterda, Brussels and Luxembourg are also beautifully covered in the package.

Day 1- Upon arrival at Amsterdam, you will check into your hotel. You can either relax and unwind in the hotel or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful city. In the evening, meet up with your Travel Director and fellow travelers for a candlelit Welcome Reception aboard a canal boat. The cruise will give you a different view of the capital city.

Day 2 – As part of the orientation tour, visit the bulb fields at Keukenhof during the flowering season (open from April to mid-May). You can also enjoy a tour of the Amsterdam historic city center. During the guided tour of the Rijks Museum, you can admire Rembrandt’s masterpiece, the ‘Nightwatch’. Then drop by at a diamond polishing factory to learn more about these precious gems.

Day 3 – Embark on a botanical journey during your visit to the world-famous Floriade Horticultural exhibition. Held every 10 years, the Floriade Exhibition is a rare opportunity for you to enjoy a global spectacle with more than 100 exhibitors showcasing their horticultural expertise.

Day 4-Our next stopover is Haarzuilens where we can visit the magnificent gardens of De Haar Castle. On the way to Belgium, make a stop at Maastricht. At Bastogne, which is the centre of the Battle of the Bulge, remember to pay your respects at the American Memorial. In the evening we will check in at the hotel in Duchy of Luxembourg.

Day 5- The local city tour, which includes a walking tour, will take you around sites like the breathtaking gorge of the Rivers Alzette and Petrusse, the Cathedral and the Grand Ducal Palace. In the free time available later, do visit General George Patton’s.

Day 6- The next day we make visits to different places like Orval Abbey, a Cistercian monastery famous for its Trappiste beer and also the birthplace of the inventor of the saxophone, Adolphe Sax. We also drop by at the pretty town of Dinant. After arriving at scenic Bruges, enjoy a special Be-My-Guest dinner at an 18th-century farmstead in the company of your fellow travelers.

Day 7- In the company of the local guide, admire the sights of Bruges during your walking tour. These include the scenic town square and picturesque canals. You are free to spend the rest of the day on your own. You can explore the city, visit a Lace Centre or shop for souvenirs.

Day 8- We then move to the city of Gent, whose main attraction is the Three Towers. Later on we travel to Brussels, where the Travel Director will introduce you to the city landmarks like the Atomium, Royal Palace, Japanese Pagodas, the Grand Place and the famous Mannekin Pis.

Day 9- The whole day is at your disposal for you to do as you wish. You might either want to use your complimentary ‘hop-on hop-off’ sightseeing ticket or simply relax at the hotel. Ask your Travel Director for suggestions. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner in the company of your new-found friends.

Day 10- On the last day of the tour, airport transfers are available for you to proceed to Brussels Airport for the onward journey. However, conditions do apply.
